Register a New User Account
Follow these steps to create a new Snug user account:
- Visit Snug.com.
- Click Join Snug (top right, or in the mobile menu).
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Alternatively, click Continue with Google, Continue with Facebook, or Continue with Mobile.
- Enter your name, confirm your email address and mobile number, and click Continue.
- Enter the verification code received via email or SMS and click Continue to complete registration.

Q: I’m not receiving the verification code when registering. What should I do?
- Try clicking Resend to get a new code.
- Verify your mobile number and email address are correct on the confirmation screen. Click Update next to “Details incorrect?” to make corrections if needed.

- Restart your phone and click Resend.

Q: I receive a “captcha invalid” message when registering.

Q: Is Two-Factor verification required for new renter accounts?
- Yes, all new user accounts require Two-Factor verification upon registration.

Q: I cannot register my user account due to an error: 'Mobile already registered; code: 23'.
- This means your email or phone number is already linked to an existing Snug account. To resolve this, please Submit a request.
Q: I cannot register my user account due to an error: 'Error code: 22'.
- The "Error code: 22" indicates that the email address is linked to a different mobile number than you’re currently using. To resolve this, please Submit a request.
Q: Lost access to your registered email?
- Please Submit a request, and our team will manually verify your identity to help you update your login details or close the account.
