1. Missing "Required" Sections
Snug requires a 100% completion rate for mandatory fields before submission. Check your dashboard for any sections marked with a red alert icon. Common missing items include:
Identity Documents: You must upload the specific points of ID required (e.g., Passport or Driver's License). If an upload failed or the file type isn't supported, the section will remain "incomplete."
Income Proof: Ensure you have uploaded the necessary number of payslips or bank statements as prompted.
Address History Gaps: Snug typically requires a continuous 2-year history. If there is a gap in dates (even a single day), the system may block the submission. You may need to add an entry for "Living with family" or "Owner-occupier" to bridge any gaps.
2. Joint Applicant Requirements
If you are applying as part of a Household, the submission logic changes:
Incomplete Profiles: Most property managers require all adult co-applicants to complete their profiles and verify their IDs before the Primary Applicant can hit "Submit."
Pending Invites: Ensure all co-applicants have accepted their invitations. If a co-applicant has been invited but hasn't created an account, the household application remains locked.
3. Inspection Requirements
Some property managers enable a setting that requires you to register for or attend an inspection before an application can be submitted.
If you haven't been "checked in" by the agent via the Snug QR code or the agent's attendee list, the platform may prevent the final submission until your attendance is confirmed.
4. "About Us" Section
- Only the person listed as the Primary Applicant can update the 'About Us' details. If you need to make changes, please ask the main applicant to edit them from their profile.
5. Technical "Cache" Issues
If all sections appear green and complete but you still cannot click submit, the Help Centre recommends a "Hard Refresh" to clear temporary browser errors:

5. Terms and Conditions
At the very end of the application, there are often mandatory declarations and privacy consent checkboxes. If even one of these small boxes is left unticked, the submit button will not activate.
