Stay up to date with important updates from Snug by making sure your notifications are turned on. If you’ve unsubscribed or stopped receiving emails or SMS, here’s how to resubscribe.
Why am I not getting notifications?
You may have:
- Unsubscribed from Snug emails
- Disabled notifications in your Snug account
- Marked Snug emails as spam in your email provider
How to resubscribe and get notifications
Step 1: Log in to your Snug account
Go to https://app.snug.com and sign in.
Step 2: Check your notification settings
- Click your Profile icon (top right)
- Select “Account Settings”
- Go to the “Notifications” section
- Make sure email and/or SMS notifications are enabled
Step 3: Resubscribe from your email inbox
- Find a previous Snug email (check your spam or junk folder if needed)
- Open the email and scroll to the bottom
- Click the “Resubscribe” link if you see it
- If Snug emails are in spam, mark them as “Not Spam” or move them to your inbox
Step 4: Save your changes
- After updating your settings, click “Save” if prompted
Still not receiving notifications?
- Double-check that your email address and mobile number are correct in your Snug profile
- Add “no-reply@snug.com” to your email contacts
- Contact Snug Support if you need further help
