Summary/overview
Snug is a rental application platform, which means we help you create and submit rental applications, but we do not manage properties directly.
If you can’t find a property in Snug, you can still apply using your Snug profile using Search for a property or Apply Anywhere.

Some agencies advertise on listing sites and use Snug to collect applications.
- Find the property listing on realestate.com.au or domain.com.au.
- Submit an enquiry on the listing.
- Check your email inbox for an auto-response from the agency.
- If the agency uses Snug, you’ll receive a link to apply.
Optional: Apply via Homely (if available)
You can also search for properties on https://homely.com.au. Some listings will offer an option to apply using your Snug profile.
Common questions
