If you’ve added rental or address history references to your Snug application and your references are marked as “Verified,” but you can’t see their answers, here’s what to do.
Why does this happen?
Sometimes, even after your reference is verified, the answers may not display due to a browser issue, a temporary glitch, or a permissions setting.
How to view your reference answers
- Log in to your Snug account
- Go to snug.com and sign in.
- Open your application or profile
- Navigate to the application or profile where you added your rental/address history.
- Check the References section
- Look for the “References” or “History” section. If your reference is marked as “Verified,” their answers should be visible.
- Troubleshooting steps
- Refresh the page or try a different browser
- Log out and log back in
- Make sure you’re viewing the correct application or profile
- Still can’t see the answers?
- If you still can’t view the answers:
- Double-check that your reference is marked as “Verified”
- Contact Snug Support with your property address or reference details
